David Nasim is a dynamic keynote speaker and leadership coach with nearly three decades of experience in business, real estate, and organizational development. Known for his authentic communication style and ability to connect deeply with audiences, David brings both wisdom and energy to every stage he steps on.

With a long and successful career as a real estate broker and leader, David built a reputation for excellence, innovation, and people-first leadership. His career has been defined by his commitment to integrity and helping others reach their full potential that continues to guide his message today.

Before stepping into speaking full-time, David also served as a Campus Pastor at NewSpring Church, where he inspired and mobilized hundreds of volunteers each week to serve their community and live for something greater than themselves. This experience shaped his passion for leading teams, developing people, and creating cultures that thrive.

Today, David brings his experience from both the business and nonprofit worlds to audiences across the country. His keynotes are designed to help leaders lead with purpose, build stronger teams, and create lasting impact wherever they are.

Outside of his work, David has been happily married to his wife, Suzette, for more than 30 years. Together, they’ve raised six incredible children and built a home centered on faith, love, and growth—values that continue to influence his work and his message.
